Arch chair
Arch Chair is a sculptural armchair concept that reinterprets comfort and structure through the language of arcs. The design is composed of four intersecting arch elements—each performing a distinct ergonomic and aesthetic function. The two lower arcs form the grounded base and legs, creating a solid stance with gentle curvature that invites relaxation. The central arc flows upward to become both armrest and lumbar support, while the upper arc rises to cradle the head, offering a sense of privacy and retreat within open public spaces.
The chair’s silhouette balances softness and architectural clarity. Its seamless leather upholstery wraps around a foam-padded shell, ensuring both tactile comfort and visual purity. The generous proportions and continuous surfaces emphasize a calm, monolithic presence, making Arch Chair as memorable to look at as it is to sit in.
Designed for premium public environments—such as hotel lobbies, executive lounges, and gallery foyers—the chair serves as both a statement piece and a private refuge. Its enveloping geometry provides a sense of intimacy in social settings, while the modular arc logic allows effortless integration into varied spatial compositions.
More than seating, Arch Chair is a design statement that transforms structural logic into experience—an exploration of how comfort, privacy, and sculptural form can coexist in perfect equilibrium.
